2018 Pinot Noir "Nils"
The goal behind our reserve bottling of Pinot Noir “Nils” is to showcase the powerful expression of Pinot Noir on our site. The grapes were fermented using exclusively native yeast (both primary and malolactic), with approximately 30% whole-cluster. The wine was aged for 19 months in French oak barrels, 16% of which were new. Through the barrel selection process, we seek to highlight structure and concentration, while maintaining balance and focus. Drink now or hide a few bottles away to experience its rewarding evolution.
